Returns

Refunds

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Artrees is not responsible for lost return shipments.
